Houses
Houses is a house system for servers who want to allow their players to buy,sell and rent houses. Buying, selling and renting houses is easily done by clicking custom signs. A player who owns or rented a house will be able to open the house door, while others can not. Signs are automatically linked with iron doors. Houses have class and number.
The house class is how good they are, for example class 1 would be the best house available and class 4 a decent house.
The house number is like an apartment number. A class might have many similar or even copies of houses working as apartments. A skyscraper could be one class containing many numbers.
Admins can add and remove house owner from the database manually to have complete control of who own which house. Admins and/or other players with permission are the ones putting up the signs next to the house (iron) doors.

Sure you can only rent them if you want. In that case you would have to put up a "house info" sign. Unfortunately, I haven't done a tutorial on those yet :( I will do one right now and update the plugin.
The rentals work in the way that you write how many days and hours a player will rent the house for, and lastly the price for that time. When the time has expired, they will no longer have access to the house. If i understood you correct, you wanted the plugin to take a fee like every day or so, until the player haven't got enough money left. This is not (yet) possible.

I wanna players rent the rooms in a hotel i made, and the plugin take the fee automatically from his account, but when they were out of money they were kicked from the house.
Can your plugin do this ???

I recommend to have the door auto-close after a short time to avoid having the door open for others. There is no way to prevent them from going through an open door atm. Now, you can do the command "/house home" and it will teleport you right inside of your house without having to open the door. So if you want to go in with no chance of other players also getting, do /house home.

You do not define any regions. It's meant to be used in places where players can't build. The iron door blocking players from going in will be unlocked for the house owner. In that way the house is sort of defined by it's own area.
