HorseModifier
Description
This plugin allows you to modify almost all of the attributes of horses in Minecraft. As long as you have the Horse Modifier in hand, you have full control of the horses.
Features:
- You can modify the Speed, JumpStrength, Color, Health, Type and Name of the horses.
- You can also set whether or not they are carrying chests and you can tame on command.
- You can throw an egg at a horse and capture it and all its stats in a Spawn Egg. (Configurable chances and items required to capture)
Permissions:
- - horsemodify.modify - Gives the user a Horse Modifier.
- - horsemodify.modify.all - All modifications are allowed.
- - horsemodifiy.modify.color
- - horsemodify.modify.health
- - horsemodify.modify.jump
- - horsemodify.modify.speed
- - horsemodify.modify.type
- - horsemodify.modify.style
- - horsemodify.modify.age
- - horsemodify.modify.chest
- - horsemodify.modify.saddle
- - horsemodify.modify.remove
- - horsemodify.modify.stats
- - horsemodify.modify.tame
Commands:
- /horsemodify also works with all commands.
- /hm modifier - Gives the player a Horse Modifier
- /hm setcolor [color] - You can change the horses color in game.
- /hm sethealth [int] - You can change the health of the horses.
- /hm setjump [int] - Sets the Jump Strength of the horses.
- /hm setspeed [int] - Sets the speed of the horses.
- /hm settype [type] - Set the type of the horses.
- /hm setstyle [style] - Set the style of horses.
- /hm setage [baby/adult] - Sets the horses age.
- /hm setchest - Allows you to add a chest to the horses. Doesnt need to be a mule!
- /hm setsaddle - Addes or removes the saddle from the selected horses.
- /hm remove - Removes all horses from the list.
- /hm stats - Toggles if stats are shown on each horse selection.
- /hm tame - Tames the horses selected.
How to Use: All you need to do in-game is /hm and it will give you a Horse Modifier. You then need to right-click a horse and then you can customize them! NOTE - Left-Clicking now clears the list of horses. You can also right click the horse itself to de-select it.

Posted Oct 22, 2017Hello, I wanted to use this for my server and it turns out the /hm set speed option is still broken. I'm hosting my server in 1.8.8 CraftBukkit. Is there anyway there a way to fix this problem?

Posted May 5, 2016I've got a lot of horses to fix after the 1.9 update reset their speeds. This plugin would save me a ton of time summoning replacements except the setspeed function appears broken in 1.9. Any chance of an update? I could post a ticket if needed.

Posted Sep 28, 2013Bug report: when I click the horse with the horse modifier it doesn't select the horse, it could be because I'm using the 1.6.4 bukkit. So I'm not sure if its a bug.
Thanks

No. You would have to make a server on your computer. It is very doable and then you can play with your friends. There are tutorials out there. Go learn something new and have fun.

Um... this is a Bukkit plugin. Not a mod. You have to run it on a Bukkit server by dropping it in the 'plugins' subdirectory.

Posted Sep 14, 2013I have a problem: I have no idea how to install this. I've put the .jar file in the bin folder, moved its files into the 1.6.2.jar file using 7zip, and put it in a zipped folder and added it as a mod using MCPatcher. Nothing works. Typing /hm results in the "Unknown command. Type /help for a list of commands. I'm using v1.5 on Minecraft 1.6.2 Any help?

Posted Aug 22, 2013Hello, I saw that you said you Update this plugin often. I was wondering (Yes I understand this may be a bit hard to do) if you could make it to where after I or any player with the permission modify the horse, and put it in a Spawn Egg? Let's say I modified a horse with /hm setname Tango /hm setsaddle, I could put it in its own spawn egg, and sell it?
Thanks! I really hope you do this, because this is exactly what I have been looking for. Well, I need it in a spawn egg, so. Please, do consider this. Many thanks, AzoozB

Posted Aug 17, 2013I tried using this plugin and it gave me a 'major.minor version 51' error which leads me to believe you compiled this via java 7, is there anyway I can use this with java 6?
