Hive's Fun Cannon

Hello! I'm sure you all have been on the very popular server "The Hive". They have a feature where you have an item called "Fun Cannon". I liked it, so I decided to re-create it for the public! This plugin is very simple. You can customize the cooldown, the name of the cannon (I implemented chat colors so it's not boring white text), you can customize the item id of the cannon, you can state whether or not you want the cannon to be given to players on join, and you can enable or disable sounds. I made this plugin just for people to mess around with, or use it in their server lobbies. I hope you enjoy!
