And why shouldn't you be able to jump over it? It is simulating a high voltage cable and you could jump over or dig under one of those too. You can make it more difficult to jump over by building it on a 1 block high wall.

Posted Apr 18, 2012The error is caused by the plugin.yml
He forgot to add the name of the class file to the lookup you can fix it yourself with 7zip by opening the .jar and editing this line in the plugin.yml (note do not extract the file just open it through the open archive browser)
main: com.forgewareinc.highvoltage
