Hero Trader
The villagers of Minecraft have endured years of abuse from the average Minecraft player over the years that they have finally decided enough is enough! They have decided to not trade a player unless they have deemed you worthy!
Features:
Upon right clicking a villager a chat message shows up that states the player is not yet worthy of trading
If a player then successfully completes a raid and obtains the hero of the village status effect, then the villagers shall find the player worthy of trading. Will also display a chat message to the player stating they are worthy although for now. The ability to trade disappears as soon at the status effect runs out.

I don't think I had the option to select 1.21 when I posted it but it works for 1.21 currently.
