How to install
Simple take the Helper+ jar file and place it in your server "plugins" folder.
What to do if no folder is created
As a backup, usually the config.yml can be found in the jar file and edited there, as long as you have a program to open jar files.

This plugin is a simple plugin used for start-up servers or small servers that either run on limited RAM or try to be as unobtrusive and simple as possible.

- /h-ip : broadcast the server IP (requires the server IP in server.properties)
- /h-news - broadcast server news
- /h-afk - mark yourself AFK
