There are two things you can change:regenPerSleep: When you sleep, you gain this amount of half-hearts. For full regeneration, use -1.
maxHealth: If you sleep and your total health will get greater than this, it will stop at this point. (Don't worry, if you have more than this before you sleep, your health will remain unchanged.) For no limit, use -1.
