HealthBarPlus
HealthBarPlus will display ASCII HP-bars bellow players name for SpoutCraft users. It supports Heroes (1.4.6) and maps the maximum hp to a configurable amount of bars (so the bars always display the hp %). The format and colors of the bar is configurable.
Idea based on HealthBar plugin by Pwornt, however this is a full recoded version with more features.
Installation
Dependencies: SpoutPlugin (required) Heroes (optional)
Put the HealthBarPlus.jar in your plugins folder, commented Configuration file will be generated on first start.
Permissions
healthbarplus.see - Lets players see health bars. This permission is only needed/checked if use_see_permission is set to true. Default: false healthbarplus.reload - Reloads configuration. Default: op
Commands
/healthbarplus reload - Reloads configuration (the timer is NOT restarted, so update_ticks won't change until restart).
Download
This is a development build. It runs perfectly fine on my server for some days and is probably better programmed than 90% of the plugins, but I may still change the configuration until a stable release.

I would assume the reason for the sudden resurgence of popularity is because of the recent releases of good and working Spoutplugin and its extensions!

I have updated the code i'll make a pull request and see if it gets accepted.
tested my version on 1.3.2 and it work perfect, no bugs.
EDIT: Also just fixed a little bug with heroes "disabled World" function.
