Permission Gives access to
healthbar.help Required to display the list of commands
healthbar.reload /hbr reload command
healthbar.checkupdate /hbr update command
healthbar.see.onplayer     Access to see health on players, set in the configs: 
use-player-bar-permission: true
WARNING: If a player doesn't have the permission, a fake (empty) scoreboard will be sent to him. If you have other plugins that uses the scoreboard, disable this!
