Hangman
Nothing happens in your server chat? You are looking for a funny game?
This plugin is the classic version of the game "Hangman". One player sets a word, and the other players have to guess it. They can guess single letters or the whole word. They have 12 tries.
Usability: I tested this plugin on my server for a while. All new players immediately understood how it works.
How it works
One player starts a new game:

Features
- Self-Explaining Commands
- News Message to advertise the new plugin (You can disable it in the config.yml)
- 5 second Guess Timeout to prevent message spam
- Simple Swear Filter with autokick (Look at the config.yml)

The plugin also works without permission systems: By default, all players can guess words and start new games, but only OPs can kill games.

if a player guess the word correctly -> gives him something :) for example a diamond XD
EDIT:
BUG: Players may start multiple hangmang games & it re-creates new one if someone already did one.. how bout make it tell "There is already excisting game" or such when the game is already going on. :D

Posted Nov 23, 2012Can you implement a top score list, and some simple rewards like money, items? Possibility to automatically pick random words from a list of words, on a timer? Just suggesting.

Posted Nov 22, 2012awesome nice work on the update. and ya i think ill allow most people to start new games. but block the newb rank or something that way it cant be used to spam as easily. also i had to laugh that butt is a banned work with hangman lol.

Release 1.1.1 fixes the permission problem.
I will rewrite the plugin and use the bukkit metadata system in version 2.0

Posted Nov 11, 2012Hey, I wanted to say I put this on my server and all my users figured it out right away. One thing that we all think would be pretty sweet is the ability to generate a reward for the correct answer, maybe a random item out of a configurable list? This way admins could make a game the players would have to guess. Thanks for the Sunday entertainment XD

edit: I'm using both bPermissions and Vault but even with the new nodes added, my users don't have permission to use the commands. Only ops can use it (tested @ 1.1.0)
Oh.. I opened the jar and looked in plugin.yml. It had a hangman.play listed, and after i added this to my player groups they could start games and guess! o_O

When doing /hangman , it shows:
/hangman show: Hide hangman messages until you leave the game.
/hangman hide: Show hangman messages.

Can you please change the perms, I rather not my players have access to that.
