GuardOverseer
Do you have a prison server? Ever been annoyed when a guard abuses and gives his items out? Or when a player kills a guard and he drops all his OP guard armor? Then this plugin is for you. This is an advanced, yet lightweight plugin that will make prison server guarding a lot easier. It can be used for prison servers, to play the prison guard role, or just in a RPG server. This is a guard plugin, and a prison guard plugin! Long awaited. I made this guard plugin for my server, as I needed a simple way to keep track of guards. Hope this does the same for you. This plugin uses an auto updater. If you would like to disable this, please open the config and turn the "auto-update" to false.

| guardoverseer.update | Updates the plugin to the latest version (You must have this enabled in the config.yml) |
You must also give your players the kit permission defined in the config.yml. If you don't do this they won't receive a kit. If they have more than one kit permission the kit will be randomly chosen.
- Add a way to format chat for when a player is on duty
- Add a help menu in game

Hey FlakDzn,
On BukkitDev you will only see files that have been checked manually by a member of the BukkitDev approval team, like me, to ensure a malware-free experience.
It is not possible for you to download a file before it has been approved; if you want to check, just check what the status of the file reads on the download page. :)

I am currently working on that now, there will be a config option to enable and disable it for the people who don't want the feature. I am also adding a heap more of enchantments. I will also add the ability to customize all the messages.

Posted Oct 3, 2013So, I am correct to assume that soon when a guard is on /duty he will be transferred to a predefined rank? I will be able to use this plugin once that happens. Also, it would be wonderful if you were to somehow make it so we can customize ALL messages

I have fixed this, just download the latest version. There are no bugs, besides the combat log bug which I fixed and am waiting for a file approval.

Posted Sep 26, 2013Honestly, this plugin is beast. I truly love it. However, to take it to the max, I suggest the following changes:
1.) Permission Support. So if you are on duty, you will be one rank, and off duty another rank. That a way we can keep off duty guards from using /jail
2.) Pick what they get. I would love to pick what they have in the /duty kit
3.) Different kits. Like, different duty items with different perms. So Elite Guards could have amazing kits, while a Training Guard will have normal stuffs.
Honestly though, love this.
