Grief Prevention
AUTOMATICALLY PREVENTS ALL FORMS OF GRIEF, including build/break, theft, spam, fire, spawn camping, lava dumping, chat trolling, advertising and more, so you don't have to undo any damage after the fact. It even teaches players how to use it so you don't have to! No configuration or database required. Stop responding to grief and prevent it instead. Grief Prevention will solve your grief problems without requiring you to manage a roster of trained administrators, juggle 10 different anti-grief plugins, take away cool standard game features, publish a training manual / tutorial for players, or add explanatory signs to your world. You can also choose to integrate PvP elements into build design to finally get a PvP experience befitting a sandbox game about creative building.
Grief Prevention stops grief before it starts automatically without any effort from administrators, and with very little (self service) effort from players. Solve all your grief problems with a single download, no database, and no configuration step.

Please Vote for Grief Prevention
I've also posted Grief Prevention on the Spigot site, where plugins are ranked based on reviews. If you love GP, please take a couple of minutes to give GP your rating and leave a short review. Better rating and positive reviews will help server owners who look for plugins on the Spigot site make the safe choice (GP) instead of downloading something sketchy or incomplete. :) Thanks so much for all your support!

Posted Dec 20, 2012-Edit- Should have turned the page in the comments, seems this has been addressed.
I've said it before I think, I'll say it again... Great plugin!
Recent issues however:
Using the latest CB recommended build 1.4.5 R1.0. I'm also getting this same issue with towny and factions (both are updated to the latest avail.). The spam is constant whether there's players online or not, every minute or less, but nothing major I've noticed while playing in-game and startup logs don't show any Severe errors.

I've never had trouble with endermen or errors. I was referring to the loading errors I get when starting the server on 1.4.5.

1.4.6 is basically the same as 1.4.5.R1 if he makes it for that it will work on any build after that.
GP doesn't have anything to do with specific items as far as i know adding fireworks is not going to effect the plugin in any way.

I'm sure he will update as soon as he can.

This error is not caused by enderman they are just part of it. This error happens when ANY block is broken on the server. To stop the enderman part of the error you can turn off enderman griefing i use GriefLog to do this and it works for the most part. But it still does not stop the error from spamming the crap out of your console when actual players break blocks.
On another note... GP Y U NO HAVE JENKINS!?

Well, lets hope this bug can be fixed. Its getting very annoying on my server and I dont want to uninstall it. Im too lazy to update my plugins, so that may be the case. I am using a griefprevention version that was for 1.2.5. :P

Posted Dec 20, 2012@ManBeastPigDev it’s not really broken, refer to mdcollins05’s comment – everything works, but 1. endermen can pick up blocks in claims, 2. console is being spammed.
And even if 1.4.6 just came out, it doesn’t mean GP will stop working on a dev build of 1.4.6 bukkit. It’s very likely it will have the same bug.

Posted Dec 19, 2012mdcollins05, not to mention, it makes logs grow and grow… and a too big log file can dramatically decrease performance of a server.
Thanks for investigating what the error means!

Posted Dec 19, 2012Looking at the code, the "[SEVERE] Could not pass event EntityChangeBlockEvent ..." should only affect Enderman picking up blocks from protected claims. If you disable the pickups then you may have an issue as the code isn't running to stop them from picking up the blocks. If you've enabled the pickups then you shouldn't notice a difference!
Anyways, I'd love a fix for this as it makes my console quite useless. :(
Thanks for the awesome plugin bigscary!

Posted Dec 19, 2012With every version of Grief Prevention 7.0 to 7.1.2, my console is getting spammed over and over again, once every second, with the following error messages. I removed every other mod in existence from the server, and am using the latest version of CraftBukkit Beta:
