In version 1.5 has been added the ability to identify areas where the graves will not be created. This is useful when you do not want to clutter up spawn or other special places. If you want to use this feature you need to have on the server plugin WorldGuard. The function gets stored in the file names of regions and checks whether the person was on any one of them.
