Grapple Hook

Grapple Hook = Fishing Rod

This plugin allows you to use a fishing rod as a grappling hook! Right click to pull yourself to locations where your hook lands. In Config file you can customize in wich world enable Grapple Hook. You can change sound on Hooking and Enable Effect.

What does HookStrength mean, specifically?

It's set to 2 by default. Does that mean it can only move the player 2 blocks?
