Commands:

/gommemode - Gives you the TROLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOL output.

Setup:

1. Download the .jar file.
2. Drag the .jar file in the plugins folder of your server.
3. Restart/reload your server.

I fixed a bug I found where the command /gommemode didn't exist in version 1.1. Install it if you have version 1.0.
