Known Bugs

  • If config value dayofweek is not a valid day name, the plugin will stop working Fixed in 1.1
  • Accessing a GoldBank chest via ATM sign causes a "ghost" animation on the accessed chest Fixed in 1.3
  • Signs using this plugin must be on a wall; they do not work if placed on the ground Fixed in 1.4
  • Signs can be broken if the block they are on is moved by a retracting piston Fixed in 1.6
  • The console complains about a config error if the value of a mobdrop is zero, then proceeds to reset it to the default Fixed in 1.6.2
  • Even if a player has the node goldbank.fee.atm.exempt, they will still need to have a golden nugget in their hand, though it won't be taken Fixed in 1.6.2
  • Sometimes, after a reload, the server will complain about the database being locked. Fix this with /gb reload Fixed in 2.0
  • If a player kills a mob with a looting sword, it has the potential to drop gold nuggets even if the maximum drop number is set to zero Fixed in 2.0
  • If the block beneath a wall sign registered as a GoldBank is broken, the console will warn of an SQL error Fixed in 2.0.1
  • NBT tags are not preserved upon transfer to virtual inventory. This means that written books will lose all information should you store them in a GoldBank sign. This does not, however, mean that damage values are lost. Skulls will stay the same, and your tools will remain enchanted. Fixed in 2.0.1
  • CRITICAL: If a player opens another's GoldBank sign, their sign will be populated with the contents of the player's which they opened Fixed in 2.0.2
  • In version 2.0.1, if a player unclaims their [GoldBank] sign, their items will drop, and if they create a new one, the items will still remain in the new inventory Fixed in 2.0.4
  • If a player attempts to sell a damaged tool to an Admin shop, the shop will give them gold without taking the item Fixed in 2.0.6
  • Blocks holding GoldBank signs are no longer protected with the latest MC update Fixed in 2.1
  • Admin shop is unregistered if an admin shop placed directly below is unregistered Fixed in 2.1.1
  • Placing a sign beneath an admin shop throws an error Fixed in 2.1.1
  • Items with any ItemMeta (names, lore, etc.) will not be removed from a player's inventory when purchasing banks or using ATMs or shops. This bug also applies to shop chests containing items with ItemMeta. Fixed in 2.2.1
  • Wallets may not be used if the player right-clicks air rather than a block. This is a bug, and will be fixed in a near update. Fixed in 2.3
  • It is possible to obtain a virtually infinite amount of inventory space by placing wallets inside of wallets. It is also possible to permanently lose a wallet by placing a wallet inside of itself. This wallet-ception will be fixed in the next update. Fixed in 2.3
  • Wallets are not modified if a wallet remains open through a reload, though the player's inventory is. This does theoretically create a dupe exploit. Fixed in 2.3
  • Damage values are not accounted for when selling items to shops. Likewise, the same situation occurs when removing items from a player shop via purchase. Fixed in 2.3.1
  • When opening a wallet while having a sign selected in the crosshair, the items from the wallet will be added to the sign, potentially overwriting pre-existing items. Fixed in 2.3.1
  • "/gb bank view" does not work Fixed in 2.3.3
  • Player will not be charged when buying from a GoldShop if nuggets are not present in their inventory Fixed in 2.4.1
  • Pressure plates will not activate if the player has a wallet in their hand Fixed in 2.4.1
  • Players may receive change in the form of an ItemStack with strange properties when using blocks to buy from a sign with a different gold type defined
  • This ItemStack behaves very oddly, but is effectively the same as the ItemStack that should have been received, and can be manipulated into such

Note: Version 2.0 and above will conflict with PhysicalShop
