Allows pumpkin seeds and melon seeds to be gotten from breaking long grass blocks. Options include enabling/disabling of each seed individually, chance to drop individually, and a setting that makes only tall grass drop the seed, not the other two forms of the block (shrubs.) Does not drop any seeds at all on Creative.
Purpose is to allow obtaining of these seeds on maps that do not yet have access to them.
