Ghoulz Warnings

Commands:
- /warn <player> <reason>
Permissions:
- Default: OP
- ghoulz.warn.player
- Allows the /warn permission
How it works:
- After 1 warning the player recieves a message saying they have ben warned
- After 2 warnings the player is kicked from the server with a warning message
- After 3 warnings the player is banned for 24 hours or untill the /pardon command is issued.
