Comands:
/ptext - reference (список всех команд)
/ptext list - list all particle text entries (список созданных надписей)
/ptext effect-list - list all of the particle effects (список эффектов)
/ptext create <effect> <text> <size> - cteate a new particle text entry (создать надпись)
/ptext move <index> - move the selected particke text entry to your corrent location (переместить надпись)
/ptext change <index> <text> - Change the text on a selected entry (изменить текст)
/ptext set-size <эффект> <index> <size> - change the size of the on a selectes entry (изменить размер текста)

- '*' - for administration
