FusionChildlot
FusionChildlot (Fusion is my "Brandname") is a plugin in which allows people to buy WorldGuard childlots from clicking on a "sale" sign. The "Sale" signs are formatted as follows:
Line 1: [Sale]
Line 2: <Name of plot>
Line 3: <Name of owner>
Line 4: <Amount of money>
[Sale] just defines the sign as a "Sale" sign. Line 2 is the name of the plot in which you are wanting to sell. Line 3 is the name of the owner - who recieves the money on the purchase of the plot. Line 4 is the amount of money that the plot costs. You may also use this plugin to sell normal regions.

This plugin requires WorldGuard (duh) and Vault to operate. Vault can be found here: http://dev.bukkit.org/server-mods/vault/

Many people want a rental property, which is do-able, but is sometimes quite tricky, i.e. if someone doesn't have enough money one week for the rental, then it evicts them, and is open again... but someone has already built on that land, what happens to the house? Does it dissapear, or is it there for the next person? Same with auto reselling, if the person is off for 1 month, it puts the property back on the market, but what does it do with the building on it? Erase it? Leave it there? Back to the rental, if it leaves the building in place, it would rent at the same price as before - but imagine if the previous owner had built it entirely out of diamond for example....
I hope you see what I'm saying :3 Could you just clarify what you want, the building left there, or erased?
I'll look into the renting and auto resale thing, but I'm super-duper busy with my school and all sorts of things like that, but I'll try and get time to get at least something in by Saturday (GMT +10).

Posted Apr 22, 2012Can you add self-renewing rentals? Or auto-resale after x days of a player not being online?
I run simpleregionmarket right now, and he's been saying for months he's add the self-renewing rentals... Hasn't actually happened. I have a good number of people who play on my server, but every so often someone stops playing for whatever reason. Leaving the space empty makes it look bad, so have to resell the region. Either a rental that would relist itself after say.. a weekly rent went unpaid (because they lack funds) or something that relists after someone just not coming online for a few weeks would save me at least 20 minutes a week.
