Hey! Can someone make the config works ? I need to translate the config but each time I reload my server, the config is still the same :/

Im using Spigot 1.8.1 and when I did /fe stop it says [An internal error occurred while attempting to perform this command] but odd enough the clear still works. PLEASE FIX

Please if you can make the == new version for both 1.7.10 and 1.8 == Because my server is 1.7.10 only and some effects doesn't work

HELP: I create a server and i install the plugin. I can see my own Effect but the others cant se my effect, and i cant see the others effect.
