FramePicture
What is FramePicture?
Frame Picture is a plugin that can draw images in a itemframe.
-> How to install
1. Download the newest FramePicture.jar
2. Download the newest ProtocolLib from http://dev.bukkit.org/bukkit-plugins/protocollib/
3. Stop your Server
4. Drop the FramePicture.jar into your plugins folder.
5. Drop the ProtocolLib.jar into your plugins folder.
6. Start your Server
7. See the Tutorial
-> Tutorial
1. Install the Plugin and ProtocolLib.
2. Join to your Server.
3. Place a item frame
4. Search a photo in the internet
5. Type "/fp set URL" in the chat
6. Interact a item frame
7. Finish!
-> Supported file formats
FramePicture supports the file formats .gif (no animations), .png and .jpg.
-> Multilanguage
This plugin supports multilanguage.

Posted Jun 14, 2014Sorry, but I can't access the files of the plugin. I need this for my 1.5.2 server :) Im running all Bukkit plugins on there. I have also tried installing CraftIRC It's not working, but do any of you have suggestions? Thanks!

Posted Jun 2, 2014I am running a 1.7.5 bukkit server and this plugin does not work because it say the oldest version of this is for 1.7.8/1.7.9 then gets disabled.

Posted May 21, 2014I have noticed that when you log out and log back in sometimes parts of or whole pictures are missing. /fp reload fixes it, but it ruins my spawn.

I did find one bug though, whenever I log out of a server, all the frames created using the /fp multiset command disappear. They still exist in the frames.yml, and trying to use the /fp multiset command on them again makes it say that its already a framepicture. But there is no picture, just empty regular item frames
edit: I did find though that using the reload command brings them back, but when you leave the server and re-join they disappear again
edit: nevermind, it seems to have fixed itself i guess

I made a ticket about the frames disappearing after server restart, hopefully provides more details.
please release a fix when you can, because the plugin seems to be working for nobody http://dev.bukkit.org/bukkit-plugins/framepicture/tickets/26-the-item-frame-for-frame-0-couldnt-found-is-the-item/

I can confirm this bug as well. In the log file, it says something like "image for frame cannot be found"

Posted May 5, 2014I have tried a animated (.gif) image and it did not work. So... are animated .gif images supported? It just shows the first frame for me. However, it looks like it has downloaded each frame and turned each frame to a .png file. Is animated .gif images possible?
Also is it possible to update the image printed on the item frame without a player doing it?

Posted May 4, 2014Great concept for a plugin, but completely useless right now. When logging out then back in the pictures for the frames aren't ever drawn again, so basically now there are just a bunch of empty item frames hanging around my world.
The frames.yml file is completely reset on server restart, which when building a server and world, happens a lot.
Using FramePicture v1.6.7 on CB 1.7.2-R0.3.
Love the idea though, keep up the great work!
