Step 1: installing the plugin
Step 2: if you don't want to use metrics or the updater, you can disable them in the config
Step 3: adding the permission "flyrestrictions.noflytoggle" to your players
Step 4: adding the permissions "flyrestrictions.bypass", "flyrestrictions.reload", "flyrestrictions.version" and "flyrestrictions.update" to your admins
Step 5: reloading the server

Posted Oct 4, 2014you should add an description what this plugin actually does. I just wonder, does this plugin help with flyhacks, or does it just handle fly?
