FlyingCloud is a plugin that adds a small cloud under players when they're flying.
Commands
- /cloud - Toggles the cloud on/off.
Permissions
- flyingcloud.cloud - Gives permission to use the cloud

Even though I won't download this plugin, I think this plugin is better because it only does it when a player flies.
