Fly These Days
Fly These Days is a plugin with which you can set a day (or multiple days) of a week you want people to be able to fly. At this very moment it is very simple and you can only configure a day.
How to install
Download the plugin and dropg the plugin in your plugins folder. Run the plugin once, edit the config file since all days are set on first startup and reload the plugin.

It would be awesome if there were any permissions for specific groups, because every time I log in, I can't fly although I'm in creative mode.. And OP.
