FireworkLauncher
FireworkLauncher is for parties on a server. Maybe you wanna create a huge firework on your server on the 31th ? The problem is the handling of minecraft for fireworks, once you place it, it fires. With FireworkLauncher you can create a sign with the layout below, and once you send a redstone signal to the sign, it fires it up.
Usage
Create a sign:
[Firework]
<Color:aqua,black,blue,fuchsia,gray,green,lime,maroon,navy,olive,orange,purple,red,silver,teal,white,yellow>
<Effect:ball,large,burst,creeper,star>
<Special:trail|flicker>
Example
[Firework]
green
creeper
trail

When you place one redstone before the sign and then the lever it works perfect. But if you place 2 or more redstone between lever and sign, there is a bug causing to fire 2 rockets! I am currently working on a fix for that.

The only possible reason for this error is a change in bukkit since I made the build. Try using craftbukkit #2565, I tested it with this one and it worked perfectly EDIT: I think you are using an older bukkit version than 1.4.6
