Bukkit

Setup is Simple:

1. Drop Firework CombatTag.jar into your plugins folder
2. Start and stop the server once
3. Edit the newly created config.yml (use http://dev.bukkit.org/bukkit-plugins/firework-combat-antilog/pages/config-file/ as a guide)
4. You are done
