Fire Block Protect [1.6.2]

This is a very light-weight plugin designed for the sole purpose of protecting Fire Blocks on your server! It uses safe Bukkit API code, which allows it to be compatible with many (if not all) previous versions and new versions yet to be released, for Minecraft/CraftBukkit.

What this plugin restricts :

• Punching or interacting with a Fire Block, in attempt to put it out
  
• Block placing detection to not allow placing over Fire Blocks
  

What this plugin allows :

• Bypassing the above-mentioned restrictions with the permission node (if you are using a permissions plugin) or you have Op
  
• Natural rain mechanics intended by Mojang still put out fire in the proper conditions
  
• Natural water flow (showing you have permission to build by the fire) will also extinguish fire blocks
  

Knowledge and Understanding :

• Rain where there is no block above the Fire Block (the sky) and if it is also not on top of Netherrack, will still extinguish the fire as intended
  
• Water flow by using Water Buckets/Blocks will still work to put out the fire, as this usually shows the player has the permission to build in the area, and thus has a way to extinguish the fire
  

There is one simple permission node that allows the user to bypass what this plugin restricts, putting out fires manually as a player.
