(Permissions aren't working yet. For now, do Downloader.download it should work with that.)
Use this permissions to allow for access to all folders including your computer
Downloader.download.allfolders
To get access to download any file type
Downloader.download.allfiles
allow for downloads to the plugins folder
Downloader.download.folderonly.Plugins
also you could use this permission to only for downloading schematic files
Downloader.download.fileonly.schematic
lastly you could use negative permissions to block players from downloading to a folder such as your Essentials folder
