Fe is a simple, lightweight economy plugin that supports Flatfile, MySQL and Mongo and works with Vault.

Features

SQLite & MySQL, whether your server has 10 or 10,000 players, Fe can handle it.

Future Changelog

Checked items are finished. The latest development build will always have these features implemented.

0.8:
- Support for UUIDs
- Account caching to get rid of the huge amounts of database queries
- Remove conversion since Vault can handle this with its own command
- Fix for players' balances getting deleted

I still have an error message in 0.8dev(#34) when : - player join - player transaction - player check /money

This is not all the time but it's a problem of MySQL connection

i want to run this on my server along with essentialsECO but they just merge into each other, i want to do this because i want to have 2 separate currencies, on 2 servers and they both run off the same mysql database.

is there any way we could do this? i would pay for someone to do this, as its a pretty essential for my server

I think I may have fixed the MySQL database close issue in the latest snapshot. You can download the newest snapshot from this link:

I can confirm that players which haven't joined my server recently sometimes get theirs balances erased and setted back to the default value. Unfortunately I have no error log captured as these issues come up quite randomly.

yea this connection issue to the mysql is just so annoying. Iv personally not noticed that its resetting players accounts but it sure does occur after long times with no players in the server and the first player joins,

I know for the 0.7 release Nick did a lot of work re-doing the MySQL code but seeing posts like this one

pop up even now kinda scares me.

Issue #13 on the Fe GitHub repo has for a long time been an issue for me as my server isn't always occupied, empty spells longer than a few hours cause the db connection to error as per the issue ticket, resetting the first player to join to the default balance.

Oddly enough right after they join, the plugin connects again just fine for all new players but still leaves one player with their money gone.

Right now I'm working on our major 1.7 revamp and need to know if this connection glitch will still be a problem.

The converter does kinda work. I tried converting about 4k accounts but it seemed to crash at every 600 or so. I was converting to MySQL so I don't know about flatfile. What I did was to run the converter, go to PHPMA and see what the last converted account was. Then I deleted everything prior to that in the Essentials userdata folder and run the converter again. The I just repeated this a few times. It's not the best solution but this is the ONLY plugin that can convert from EssentialsEco as far as I know.

I'd also recommend runing this SQL query to delete all accounts with zero money since there's usually A LOT of those with Essentials:

DELETE FROM `fe_accounts` WHERE `money`=0

Of course run this inside your FeEconomy DB. I'd also recommend backing it up before since the DELETE statment can't be undone.

Thanks for the help.

The only other feedback I have is that console says that I'm outdated, new build is 0.7, but I've reinstalled 0.7 several times to be sure I'm the newest build. Still get the message however. But other then that it's great. Works well with hyperconomy, towny, auction, and essentials.

Hello.

Sometimes when FE connect to mysql database, it generate "the last packet successfully received from the server was xxx miliseconds ago' and "Could not pass event PlayerLoginEvent to FE"

Is this plugin or DB problem? Can you help me please?

Once the Essentials converter works, this plugin will safe my ass. I have over 30.000 economy accounts running which need to be converted. Could you be so kind to message me when this is updated with the Essentials Converter working :D?

I need to know how I can issue funds from the server eco account to players who donate via console. We're using Buycraft and I need the command. If I use /fe grant it issues the player the money, but doesn't deduct from server centralized eco account that has $20m.

Note that I also use this plugin with Hyperconomy which I must say works well. Fe manages the funds and Hyperconomy simply speaks with Vault for Fe usage.

This plugin should support transaction logging. I've had a few claims of "lost money" and I can't prove to them that it isn't lost.
