The console cannot give money because it is not a player and so has no account to give money from, do you want to grant new money to the player? Then it is /fe grant instead of /fe give

Posted Oct 20, 2013Hi guys. I got a problem. Sorry for my english i'm Ukrainian. I install this powerful cool plugin but he is not convert Essentials user data =( i just type /fe convert Essentials flatfile and i have 5 minutes busy server and if i type /fe i see 0 fe in account. I try a connect fe to MySQL (whats i need for display balance in my site) but changes not accepted. All users haves 0 Fe on accounts. Version Essentials 2.12.55 Vault 1.2.25-b333 Bukkit 1.6.2 R1.0 Fe last 0.7 version. Whats i doing wrong?

Ahh ok, ill have to do some testing then, just worried if/how it would cache the data. Would be a problem if: Player A is on Server A has 100 bucks, gets paid 20 so now has 120. Then... Player A joins Server B and still has 100 bucks not 120 because the 120 has yet to be updated to the MySQL and is still cached on Server A.

With multi server setups there can be unforeseen issues we simply can't test for due to the scale of it all, If I remember nic did pop onto skype excitedly when we were designing it saying it should work on any number of servers. I tried it briefly myself too and it worked just great for me :)

Hey Melonking,
How does FE hold up when it comes to MySQL and multiple servers in a bungeecord instance. Does the plugin cache the balance? This would be a problem if it was multiple server using the same DBs.

Posted Sep 19, 2013Is there any way to disable the [] prefix? Also, when I add the currency prefix "$", the sentence becomes a bit redundant, "You have $10 Fe", Maybe disable the "Fe" when the currency prefix is on?
