It took 1 second to convert 15,000 EssentialsEco flatfile to MySQL.
So I'm presuming it wouldn't take long.

Im about to remove Fe for this exact reason, any player can come and spam click the shops and crash the lag/server. :( Too bad, it was a very promising plugin for multiservers.

Doesn't look like they are, hence cause of lag issue. If the database operations are put into their own thread, shouldn't be a problem. Was thinking of moving away from Bose to this but can't until the threading issue is solved.

Posted Mar 31, 2013I am using Fe in a server with over 50 players online. Whenever they buy stuff from the shops it lags the server. This is because they spam the signs or showcases to shop. I have tested this with essentialsshop and showcasestandalone.
This issue is bad, it gets to the point where all player disconnects because their client dont get any info because of the lag. I read iConomy had the same issues with SQL.

Use the convert command /convert essentials (flatfile/mysql) edit: its /fe convert essentials (flatfile/mysql) i forgot the /fe part
