Certificates

Certificates are a very useful part of the FatPack plugin. Basically they can be bought by a player to get permissions. I give you an example: There is a certificate "tnt". If a player buys it he will get the permissions written in this file, in this case tnt.buy. But we want that only miners can buy this certificate that have another specified certificate, let`s say... "mining". And so on. There is also a short description of that certifcates. But the best is: you can easily create new ones or edit the olds! Just use the ingame commands (/certificate create, /certificate edit) and follow the instructions, or do it manually in the plugins´ folder (plugins/FatPack/certificates). It´s very easy since the certificates are all .yml files.
