BETA!!

• added certificates to more control over permissions; can be also used for jobs
• a configuration file for every player will be created. It contains basic information about the player. (I don´t use a database like MySQL because I want those files to be easily editable by the server owner)
• added new command "/buy", but it´s unfinished. Don´t use it till I officially add it to the commands list!

* Permissions of certificates are not working
* the player data (player.yml is currently useless
