You are swimming in lava and you won't die because you have so many valuable items in your inventory? Then you need FastHeal!
What is FastHeal?
FastHeal adds very usefull commands to your bukkit server:
/h <player> - Sets the player's life to full health (10 hearts)
/h1 <player> - Sets the player's life to 1 heart
/h5 <player> - Sets the player's life to 5 hearts
/k <player> - Sets the player's life to minimum health (0 hearts) (kills the player)
/fastheal - Shows information about the plugin
Nothing can be typed in faster than the command "/h". If you have permission to use the command and are typing in that, you will get maximum life directly. That can save you before the death. The other commands are also developed for fast input.

/h: FastHeal.FastHeal
/h1: FastHeal.ChangeHealth
/h5: FastHeal.ChangeHealth
/k: FastHeal.Kill
/fastheal: no permission needed
