Falling blocks is a Fall down blocks with dispenser.

Command
- /fallingblocks reload
- Only for reloading (has not permissions)

Block ID : http://www.minecraftinfo.com/IDList.htm
if "35:7" then 35 is block ID,7 is data ID.
if "3" then 3 is block ID,and data ID is 0.

Quote from allow blocks:blocks:

if dispensed can not shoot any more then force stop or dont stop. Confi Sample

Posted Apr 1, 2014Please update it!. If blocks is falling down by dispenser, blocks disappear. I have used craftbukkit Craftbukkit_1.7.4_R0.3(Build_-_3020).

Posted Mar 4, 2013So what does this mod do? First i thought its a server-side mod that just lets you set wether some sorts of blocks will fall or not, but then there is something with dispensers...? You've probably written some lines of code for this, could you provide a few lines of explanation for me? :)
