I am trying to get factions on my yogcraft server and i have the correct version of factions and the correct version on mccore and it still doesn't work when i do /f or /factions nothing happens, could someone help me? my email is r4nd0msn4il@gmail.com (and i know my email is weird) and my skype is lewis.shaun.hood

how to i change the config i get more power when you make a faction, i lookt att the config but all that was in the folder was: { "baseCommandAliases": [ "f" ], "dburi": "default" }

Factions uses Mcore now? Why?

I want to change the power levels different ranks on the server contribute to their Faction. I.E. New players only contribute 5 power and can only go -5, while Veteran members get the full +10/-10.

Is this possible? If so, how would I set it up?

Hello,

I have a problem with the Factions plugin, I went to update all the plugins, and when I updated Factions it gave the prefix of "[FACTION]" in the place of where the Faction name is normally. I then read some more and it said it MCore is required for the new update to work, I proceeded to get MCore. After installing both plugins, I still had the problem of the [FACTION] prefix. I then thought downgrading to the version I was on, and which was working would fix the problem, it did not. I'm not stuck and am unsure of what to do.

What I think may have happened is the new version converted the data into another format, and when I downgraded, it can't read it, but for some reason nor can the new version. This may not be the problem.

I will massively appreciate any help I receive.

How do you disable faction claiming in a world? I have this in config but it doesn't work still: "worldsNoClaiming": [Hub, Hub_the_end, Hub_nether, MiniGames, hungergames1, skyblock, paintball],

Hi, on my server, players within Factions cannot hit passive mobs whatsoever. I find this to be extremely odd. When they try to slay a passive mob, Factions reports that, "You cannot damage this mob type in this Faction land." Any suggestions on how to solve this? Players are in Wilderness when they attack passive mobs. Thanks.

You have to have java 7 installed, thats what happend on my server.. Cant fix it anyone know how to install it on a paid server?

I was confused for a second too, but look at the /f help lists. /f f replaces /f who when looking at your own faction, /f p replaces /f power not sure about /f c yet but give it a look and you will see the changes.
