What is Factions?

With this plugin players group up in Factions. You claim land as your own and build your base. Factions is a self serve anti griefing system. Leaders control who can can edit their faction land.

Factions is also about diplomacy and war. You declare wars and forge alliances. You fight over land and manage your monetary expenses.

Install

Stop your server.
Put MassiveCore.jar in your plugins folder. Download MassiveCore here on BukkitDev.
Put Factions.jar in your plugins folder.
Start your server again.
Configure (Optional)

New In Factions 2.8

Reworked Commands - /f rank, /f invite, /f flag and /f perm.
Added Commands - /f setpower, /f status, /f unstuck and /f tt.
WorldGuard - Readded a simple integration.
Tab Completion - Tab completion now available for everything!
Interactive Text - Clickable buttons for list and help commands.
1.8 Titles - Optionally used for territory info.
Animals Flag - New flag similar to the Monsters flag.
Performance - Further work on improved performance.
Bug Fixes - Loads of minor bugs were fixed.

dont use [faction_tag] or w.e. in essentials group chat prefixes just make the groups and then let factions append the tag to the beggining

Huh... there is something wrong with Factions economies. Even if people can afford to /f money deposit, it says they can't.

You're right, the players without money on the faction bank after the factions update can't claim land because they don't have any money:) the other players can claim till the money is gone.

Did you already make a ticket? or should i do it?

.... the co-owner did change the game version without telling me... to 1.7.2

But he is banned now lol

Well my players can claim land its strictly only the economy not working for me.

Thats probably just your permissions or another plugin disabling that maybe world guard or essentials.

It wont work on my server aswell.

Java 7 MCore - The good version! and factions - The good version! craftbukkit 1.7.5

Annyone knows what the problem can be?

Same problem here:( Craftbukkit 1.7.9 and Factions 2.4.0 My players can't create a faction or claim land....

Please help us! We can even pay for a fix!

I seem to be having a problem factions doesn't know that my players have money from essentials eco however I do have vault installed and everything else seems to be working fine no errors are showing up in the log it simply states I cannot afford to join/leave/create/deposit or anything else and economy is enable in the instance.json file.

If it helps it say factions version is 2.4.0 when I type the command in game.

Plugin doesn't even work for me. I install it with MCore and it doesn't even register that the plugin is even there.

I haven't upgraded yet since sounds like alot of problems.

When will a update be released to fix this?
