What is Factions?
With this plugin players group up in Factions. You claim land as your own and build your base. Factions is a self serve anti griefing system. Leaders control who can can edit their faction land.
Factions is also about diplomacy and war. You declare wars and forge alliances. You fight over land and manage your monetary expenses.
Install
- Stop your server.
- Put MassiveCore.jar in your plugins folder. Download MassiveCore here on BukkitDev.
- Put Factions.jar in your plugins folder.
- Start your server again.
- Configure (Optional)
New In Factions 2.8
- Reworked Commands - /f rank, /f invite, /f flag and /f perm.
- Added Commands - /f setpower, /f status, /f unstuck and /f tt.
- WorldGuard - Readded a simple integration.
- Tab Completion - Tab completion now available for everything!
- Interactive Text - Clickable buttons for list and help commands.
- 1.8 Titles - Optionally used for territory info.
- Animals Flag - New flag similar to the Monsters flag.
- Performance - Further work on improved performance.
- Bug Fixes - Loads of minor bugs were fixed.

Posted Apr 3, 2014I'n about to rage. Help me plz. How do i fix the open faction thingy;. its set to false in my multiver config and players only have faction.join command and not .any and .others and they can still join any factions..

Posted Apr 2, 2014How do i change my commands? I want to be able to see your faction by doing /f who not /f f and i want to be able to view the player by using /f pow not /f p? Just curious because im not sure that i did this right cause i dont have a facitons folder for config either

The problem is spigot.jar. Download Craftbukkit Beta 1.7.2 People from 1.7.5 can still join youre server! :) And i know spigot is great but we need to wait for all the updates :(

factions does work with Spigot 1.7.5. it is mcore that breaks and you need to manually update it if you can't wait for an update
im using factions 2.3.0 on a spigot 1.7.5 server all i needed to do was compile mcore with the new bukkit and all is good.
@koolcattz don't call someone a noob when your not even correct yourself
