What is Factions?

With this plugin players group up in Factions. You claim land as your own and build your base. Factions is a self serve anti griefing system. Leaders control who can can edit their faction land.

Factions is also about diplomacy and war. You declare wars and forge alliances. You fight over land and manage your monetary expenses.

Install

Stop your server.
Put MassiveCore.jar in your plugins folder. Download MassiveCore here on BukkitDev.
Put Factions.jar in your plugins folder.
Start your server again.
Configure (Optional)

New In Factions 2.8

Reworked Commands - /f rank, /f invite, /f flag and /f perm.
Added Commands - /f setpower, /f status, /f unstuck and /f tt.
WorldGuard - Readded a simple integration.
Tab Completion - Tab completion now available for everything!
Interactive Text - Clickable buttons for list and help commands.
1.8 Titles - Optionally used for territory info.
Animals Flag - New flag similar to the Monsters flag.
Performance - Further work on improved performance.
Bug Fixes - Loads of minor bugs were fixed.

Hmm maybe it's essentials, that is the only one that should delay tp, but that is also 5 seconds

@glen3b i have java 7 but i use a server hoster with multicraft and it says that error HELP?

So i have a factions its f claimed on the land but other players can still break it WHAT can i do? AND yes im the owner of the server....

I have installed Factions and mcore yet only 1 config file is showing up in Factions folder so I cannot edit anything.

If it says the message "teleporting to your factions home in 5sec." it may not be a permission error but a conflict with another plugin. Try to disable plugins that can manage teleports and see which one is causing it.

Since i updated to i think Factions 2.1.0 MCore 6.7.X it broke the /f home command
It only works for OP's.
It says teleporting to your factions home in 5sec. and nothing happens after 10sec.

The only permission i had while trying was factions.* and i was not OP.

well was to add support for SQL, this system not suitable for wearing with more queries. Mstore good when no touch config and play server no more 100 players.

when i change config eg power per hour xeon 1650 raid0 2x ssd samsung pro load up to 12-15 and 100 players lags. terribly processor load when doing update players power.

It doesnt make folders and i have the right versions it says Unsupported major.minor version.... Someone please help

nope.... why so?: Test does not allow you to disband faction. I did use console to enter this command.

I'm currently running version 1.8.2 (Because I don't like the new factions.) And I can't seem to open other chests in enemy bases. And lower member of factions can't open chest or anything else. Can anyone tell me how to fix this? Thanks!

I've been using factions for a while and wanted to know if I can change the languages and messages from this plugin.

Also I was wondering if you can change the color of the messages instead of yellow maybe to a subtle gray / white text?
