Where is the documentation on migrating from 1.6.x to 1.8? I have hundreds of Factions and plenty of them Peaceful, so we need to know how to migrate that data. By default it was all whiped. Thanks

Please add WorldGaurd checking. It's essential on many servers including mine. Thanks. 95% of the people here need to read the documentation. Most of the issues reported here can be easily fixed with a consultation of the documentation in the correct section.

For this faction plugin you MUST have java 7 installed. For VPS means this that you must run the command yum install java7 (centOS) or for windows install java 7 from their website.

I think why players are able to build in the safezone because in the flags of the safezone is peacefull with all the other faction standard true. I think if you remove the 'ALLY' for build permissions in a faction that you can't build in the safezone longer.

I haven't been able to update this plugin for the last few updates. Every time there is an update I replace the .jar file and then restart....nothing. The jar file is there but factions never loads. I revert back to the old plugin and it works fine. Not sure what's up. I'm running the latest dev version of craftbukkit and minecraft 1.6.2.

why remove /f config ? why make it 200% harder to use?

Hey guys, I've been dealing with this strange plugin ever since I started my server. Whenever I install the factions plugin into my server, it doesn't show up. I've tried many versions, and none seem to work. I install it properly, and it just doesn't show up on my server. Please help!

Can someone explain pillaging to me? I couldnt find anything in the "full" documentation about it.

So I'm trying to set up factions with multiverse and I'm trying to restrict factions in certain worlds. I did that in the config file but now factions won't work. It still says I have the plugin it just gives me unknown command when try using /f commands. I also get this error in my console: (Start is at the bottom)

There is no need to get angry with the developers xD we can solve this pacifically...

I won't be downloading any more builds if something isn't done to keep factions how it was from 1.5. Can't afford adding an extra 1.5MB just to mantain a 300kb plugin updated.

This plugin has progressed correctly, commands and permissions are better now, but I just can't be adding more plugins for no apparent reason
