is there anyway to downgrade to 1.6.9

I got a little problem. I got more worlds on my server.

But when people are in Mainworld and when they die they are spawned in the PVP world (in there own faction)

I know there is a way to fix this. But i cant remember it :( Also tried to find it.

Putting something on false.

Does anyone know what?

Hello, I need help with a minor fix. I hate seeing the ~ infront of the warzone how can I change it?

Right now it's "~ Warzone - PvP"

And I want it to just be like "Warzone - PvP"

Any ideas of how to remove it?

Is running multiple worlds with multiworld a problem?

I am moderator on a server, and we have this plugin. When we protect an area with SafeZone it works fine, however when the block behind it is broken, the sign breaks aswell. This is a type of glitch, and we don't know how to fix it. I'm not sure if it is a problem with your plugin, but if you could fix it, that would be a great help.

Hey i just updated Factions and now it saying a front my name [Faction] but not the faction name how to fix that the faction name come back?

@ThaSourceGaming There was never really a chat problem to begin with with what most users have been experiencing in the comments. The [FACTION] string was just replaced with a bunch of more specific strings that have more control. The only chat issue I've experienced is the {faction_relcolor} not functioning. The relationship color it's not displayed. I've been trying to get the developers to fix it.

No point in posting this; for it has been posted meany times before, but my server won't show the faction name.

So let me get this clear. There is currently no fix for the "Chat" problems atm right?

For those of you having chat problems, the chat strings have been changed in the 1.7+ versions of Factions since the past few updates. Instead of using [FACTION], use the following strings: {faction_roleprefix} (Shows the role of that member in the faction) {faction_tag_pr} (Shows the Faction name with a space after it) {faction_tag} (Shows Faction name with no space) There are more I can't think of off the top of my head. However, the factions will not be colored in chat based on their relationship to other factions because the {faction_relcolor} string does not work. I've been trying to notify them to fix this for several updates now but there's never been a response. Hope this helps some people with chat issues.

I too am having problems with chat and essentials, with this latest version of Factions, essentials chat no longer displays the faction tag when [FACTION] is added into the essentials chat formatting, it now just displays the bracketed word FACTION instead of the faction tag.

Additionally the advice given in the factions user guide regarding configuring chat output, is no longer current, as it gives examples to amend lines withing the config, both in game and directly into to the config.json that just simply no longer exist, there are new lines within the config.json that apply to chat tags, but for the life of me I am unable to get them to display properly no matter what I try.

I am using version 1.8.2 of factions

Minecraft 1.5.1

CraftBukkit Beta 1.5.1-R0.2

Essentials-2.10.1

I am also using version 1.8.2 factions with Minecraft 1.5.1

BukkitForge-1.5.1-282

Minecraft Voltz version 1.0.11

Essentials-2.10.1 and this issue is identical with this set up too.

Is there anyone that has managed a work around to this yet?

if they did i bet u can go to config and help but is anyone else getting the problem when u download and run the server it doesnt load or when it does and u have to restart or something it doesnt work (works random times) like when i type /factions nothing pop ups but everything else is okay so i go to the files and all i got in the files is the tags

On factions upgrade players lost faction statuses. Also players cant use some commands...did perms change

faction leader cant give mod or give access to chests

Yeah same issue with essentials and chat.

I've got the same prob. with the chat format. I'm using essentials for my chatformat and when i edit factions to the format like this = '<{FACTION}{DISPLAYNAME}> {MESSAGE}' It won't display my faction then. It will just display "FACTION" in the chat.

I've got also another problem with the /f declaimall command. /f declaim works but if i use /f declaimall it tells me that im not in a faction but i am.
