What is Factions?

With this plugin players group up in Factions. You claim land as your own and build your base. Factions is a self serve anti griefing system. Leaders control who can can edit their faction land.

Factions is also about diplomacy and war. You declare wars and forge alliances. You fight over land and manage your monetary expenses.

Install

Stop your server.
Put MassiveCore.jar in your plugins folder. Download MassiveCore here on BukkitDev.
Put Factions.jar in your plugins folder.
Start your server again.
Configure (Optional)

New In Factions 2.8

Reworked Commands - /f rank, /f invite, /f flag and /f perm.
Added Commands - /f setpower, /f status, /f unstuck and /f tt.
WorldGuard - Readded a simple integration.
Tab Completion - Tab completion now available for everything!
Interactive Text - Clickable buttons for list and help commands.
1.8 Titles - Optionally used for territory info.
Animals Flag - New flag similar to the Monsters flag.
Performance - Further work on improved performance.
Bug Fixes - Loads of minor bugs were fixed.

Suggestion: Make it charge a certain amount of money per death in warzone but not in faction territory due to players getting /f home camped.

The plugin deletes data once its old, The players their faction data just got deleted because they didn't join for a long time, I believe you can turn it off in the config

Every time a player dies the player will be send to the wrong world. They die in the PVP world we made with multiverse and they will be send to our test1 world.

That's really strange because it just happened without changing anything in the config file or anything els.

So i hope someone can help me out.

For some reason it says factions is installed, but no faction commands ingame work. I tried a faction command and this is what comes up:

So the tnt wont explode when someone sets it off in enemy territory so no one can raid it was working but it stopped for some reason I have enabled all tnt explosions in the factions config also I dont get any errors here is my config: http://pastebin.com/KzAHkqxq please help as soonest as possible! Also tnt works outside of others regions.

I want to make our market area be "Market" but allow people to build in it.

I got the "Market" faction to be permanent and peaceful but how do i allow anyone to build in it?

If anyone knows, i love you long time.

I hope u continue working on the 1.6 versions. As all the access stuff i dont like it ;D

And im sure neither do others.

1.6 Is so much easier to configure.

Hello Factions team. I in know way place any blame on you whatsoever, and am very grateful for your plugin. We've been using it for a very long time. I'm sure you had several similar complaints already, but our server host handles automatically upgrading our CraftBukkit jar.. and even worse.. without any sort of advanced notification. During my sleep last night, I came on to find us not only upgrading.. but only one of our plugins broke. Factions. I implore for a compatible release for 1.3.2-R0.1 as soon as it may convenience you, and I'd also like to wish you luck in your recovery from surgery.. my server has to shut down until factions updates, or otherwise, we find our another hoster.. which will take even longer (two months till I can afford to switch over). This error and crash has happened 8 times and every time, theres an 'f home' in the same second as the crash
