FactionFind
This is a very basic plugin(my first working one actually!) that announces to the server that a player is looking to join a faction.
To use it the player would type '/factionfind'
This would announce the following server-wide: "[player] is looking for a faction! Faction mods type /f invite [player] to invite them!" where [player] is the name of the player that issued the command.

I have added an /f need command to FactionsPlus. If you want it to be /f find you can use FactionsAlias to make it work. :)

example: /factionRM
r = request
m = member
Also, when are you going to update to 1.5.1?

Posted Feb 3, 2013As of 1.7 & 1.8 it's not longer Faction Mods, its Officer.
You probably need to make it configurable or detect the version to the message.
