ExSay is a plugin that let you op yourself by just saying it
This can be very helpfull if you wanna test something out "like perms"
so you have to deop yourself, but you can't op yourself back because you dont have the console
Just say "op" in chat and you get op.
You can say
op
deop
gm 0
gm 1
Warning only use this if there are no players on the server and you need to test stuff otherwise players can op them self
