ExactSpawn
Compatible with MC 1.4.7
This plugin allows you to set the spawn location of the world you are currently in, to you're current location. It will also allow you to simply teleport to spawn, or teleport another player to spawn.
It does only have 2 commands with shortcuts.
- /ExactSpawn setspawn
This will set the spawn location of the world you are currently in, to you're current location! - /ExactSpawn tp <player (optional)>
This will teleport you to spawn, or if you choose to, it will teleport another player to spawn.
The plugin has 3 permissions.
- exactspawn.exactspawn
This permission will allow a player or group to use the plugin (needed to allow a player to use 1 or both of the command)
- exactspawn.setspawn
This will allow a player or group to use the "setpsawn" command. (Will also need the exactspawn.exactspawn)
- exactspawn.tp
This will allow a player or group to use the "tp" command. (Will also need the exactspawn.exactspawn)
Note
There has before been a plugin of the same name that has been discontinued.
I'm not the author of the old plugin, but this one!
I will properly only keep the plugin updated, and not add additional features, as i like it simple.

Hi! Last reply was 7 years ago, so as you can imagine, this is pretty dead.
After i developed this, other main plugins, started to include the feature aswell.
If you're having problems with spawn, i can update the plugin for 1.13 for you?

Nope. Not using this plugin. This is a VERY basic plugin. It uses no files to save your spawn point or anything. It simply changes the world spawn point. And that does not include the direcetion you're facing.

Posted Jun 1, 2013The spawn seems to always face south no matter what face I'm looking when I set it. Is there a way to force a player to face any direction other than south (f: 0)

Thank you for reminding me to update the project text to 1.4.7 :) As you say, the plugin is very simple, and that is also the reason why it properbly will never stop working no matter how many times they update.
And i can understand your disliking of essentials ;)

Posted Feb 12, 2013Thank you for making this simple yet handy plugin for people like me who dislike essentials :) It still seem to be working on 1.4.7 but do keep up with the updates.

Posted Dec 13, 2012Thanks for making this plugin :)
I've installed v0.2 and it works with CraftBukkit version git-Bukkit-1.4.5-R0.2-41-ga194ba3-b2527jnks (MC: 1.4.5)
However in the logfile it sais the following using v0.1 instead of v0.2:

Posted Oct 15, 2012Hi, I am new to this. I have a simple minecraft server but I want to make it public one day. I copied the jar file into the plugin directory but every time I run the command it says I don't have permission. I modified permissions.yml not sure if this is correct.
I used a generator to make this file:
- plugin: permissions: system: 'default' copies: '' groups: Admins: default: false info: prefix: '&normal' suffix: '§multiplay' build: true inheritance: '' permissions: - '*' Default: default: true info: prefix: '' suffix: '' build: true inheritance: '' permissions: - 'essentials.help' - 'essentials.home' - 'essentials.motd' - 'essentials.rules' - 'essentials.sethome' Moderator: default: false info: prefix: '' suffix: '' build: true inheritance: - 'Default' permissions: - 'essentials.tp' - 'essentials.tphere' users: spectral_ninja: group: 'Admin' permissions: - 'exactspawn.setspawn' - 'exactspawn.tp' - 'exactspawn.exactspawn'-

There should be no conflicts :) This plugin simply adjusts a server setting that is without the plugin not adjustable.

Yes and no. The plugin tries (most likely like the other pluings you've tried) to teleport the player to the exact position. But Minecraft is designed in a way so that if it thinks youre gonna suffocate in a wall, it puts you on top. Hopefully that will get fixed soon, or maybe you can turn in off in the config file. I'm not sure.
Please report back if you find more information about this ;)
