etwChat is a Chat management plugin for Bukkit 1.14.

Features:

  • Private chat messages
  • Ignoring players
  • Chat modes: Enabled, Slowmode, Disabled
  • Broadcast command + Raw Broadcast command
  • Configurable chat format
  • Permissions for:
    • Sending/Receiving chat messages
    • every single formating code
    • Using commands (of course)
    • Being exempt from slowmode + Using chat while disabled

All messages are fully customizable.
