ETHEREAL PEARLS
This plugin allows you to ride on an ender pearl! All you need to do in order to ride it is get one! NOTE: You must be in survival for this to work! To get off the ethereal pearl you can simply crouch!

Yes it should work for both but this plugin is most optimized for Spigot_1649.
