Commands / Permissions
You can view a full list of commands and permissions here
How to use
- First, you need to select an area for the estate with /estatetool, This area needs to be a cuboid.
- Next, you need to create an Estate Sign, The lines need to be like this
- [Estate]
- Price for estate
- Estates owner name or [AdminPlot]
- The name for the estate

Now, The cuboid selected with WorldEdit is linked to that sign.
Someone with the estate.buy permission can oposite click the sign to buy the estate. Now, Only they can build on it =3

Posted Nov 27, 2013This is a really cool plugin. Could you make it so that the owner of the estate can change the price of the estate and then sell the estate when they no longer want it.

Posted Apr 13, 2013Hello, after a long search for a good plugin, my quest is finally complete! The following question might have already been answered but: instead of the plugin economy system, can we use other systems like iconomy? Sorry if this has already been answered and thanks in advance! Hope to hear soon

I'm actually adding flags in the next update, so you can flag out things like doors or Chet's on a specific plot. As for the public area, I will keep that in consideration. Thanks for the feedback :)

Posted Feb 2, 2013Would it be possible to split estate.access into separate ones for doors and chests?
Also, and I'm not sure if maybe I have my config wrong here but I was wondering if it would be possible to define a public area? Or just have unprotected areas?

Posted Jan 3, 2013Hi, i was wondering if there was a way to allow players to change the value of an estate plot if they choose to sell it again. if there is not would it be possible to have the /estatesell command able to have a value set after it that would change the price.

Posted Dec 24, 2012Worldguard support imo would mean that players can't make an estate in an existing WG region unless they own it. This would be a good way to safely allow players to manage a real estate market without admin intervention.

What type of support exactly are you expecting for WorldGuard?
