An epic Zombie

Epic mobs gives a chance for spawned mobs to be "Epic." What that means is up to you! You can customize EVERY mob's health, damage, drops, including XP, and "Epic" spawn chance individually. Additionally, you can turn on and off if the loot only drops on a player killing them and if they can spawn from spawners and spawn eggs! And don't worry about players renaming eggs to get the effects and drops of Epic mobs, I've disabled renaming eggs to include the word "Epic."

Also, works in 1.10, but the drops dont drop anything else except books.... lol.
